Jakarta, Lack of sleep, fatigue and stress can reduce vigilance of the brain that can cause a person drowsy and less concentration. Short sleep (napping) 20-40 minutesduring the break can refresh the brain and reduces back fatigue.
"Sleep 20 to 40 minutes can make you more energized and improve your productivity and alertness (alertness)," explained Dr. Kasyunnil Kamal, MS., SPOK, from the Master of Work Medicine Faculty of Medicine, in Seminar on Stress & Fatigue Management in the Work Productivity Improvement Company in Prodia Tower, Jakarta, Tuesday(19/07/2011).
Rest is one of the easiest ways to reduce fatigue and brain ketidakwaspadaan.According to Dr. Kasyunnil, napping (short bed) are very well done by workers who havelong working hours resulting in less sleep and less rest.

With a nap of 20 to 40 minutes is expected the worker can regain fitness and not untilthings happen that are unexpected, such as accidents caused by fatigue.
